Glossary

The words used on SMM panels and in their terms, defined from the operating side.

API

API, in the SMM panel sense, is the interface that lets a panel or buyer place and track orders on another panel automatically, using a key instead of the website's order form.

Average time

Average time is an estimate some panels show for how long a service has recently taken to complete an order, calculated from past orders rather than promised for yours.

Bot

Bot, in SMM panel catalogues, means an automated account or activity generated by software rather than by a person, delivering follows, likes or views without anyone looking at the content.

Cancel

Cancel is both an order status, meaning the order was stopped and its full charge returned to your balance, and the request a buyer sends to stop an order early.

Child panel

Child panel is a ready-made panel website that a parent panel sets up for a customer, connected to the parent's services, so the customer can sell under their own name and prices.

Completed

Completed is the final order status that means the supplier reported the full quantity as delivered, as recorded at the moment the status changed.

Custom comments

Custom comments is a service type where you supply the exact text of each comment, one per line, and the panel's supplier posts those comments on the link you give.

Drip feed

Drip feed is an order option that splits delivery into repeated runs of a fixed quantity, placed at a set interval, instead of delivering the whole amount at once.

Drop

Drop is the loss of part of a delivered count after an order, when the platform removes accounts or engagement or when the delivering accounts unfollow or are deleted on their own.

Drop rate

Drop rate is the share of a delivered quantity that has disappeared after a stated period, measured by comparing the current count with the start count plus the quantity delivered.

Geo-targeted service

Geo-targeted service is a listing sold as delivering engagement from accounts in a named country or region, usually at a higher rate than the untargeted version of the same service.

Guarantee

Guarantee, on an SMM panel, is a word placed in service names or descriptions to suggest refill or lasting results, and it commits the panel only to what the written service terms define.

HQ

HQ, short for high quality, is a catalogue label suggesting the delivering accounts have profile pictures, posts or history, chosen by the seller and verified by no one.

In progress

In progress is the order status that means delivery has started on your order but the supplier has not yet reported the full quantity as delivered.

LQ

LQ, short for low quality, is a catalogue label for services delivered by bare or bulk-created accounts, set by the seller and usually attached to the lowest rates on a price list.

Mass order

Mass order is a panel feature for placing many orders in one submission, usually by pasting one line per order containing the service ID, the link and the quantity.

Maximum

Maximum is the largest quantity a service accepts in a single order, reflecting what the supplier is prepared to deliver on that service to one link at a time.

Minimum

Minimum is the smallest quantity a service accepts in a single order, set by the panel listing and ultimately limited by the supplier's own minimum upstream.

Mixed

Mixed is a catalogue label for services delivered by a combination of account types, typically some with profiles and history and some bare, in proportions the listing does not have to state.

Non-drop

Non-drop is a seller's label for a service whose delivered engagement is said to stay in place, describing expected supplier behaviour rather than a commitment the panel is bound by.

Order link is the URL of the profile, post, video or channel an order should be delivered to, entered on the order form or sent as the link field in an API request.

Overdelivery

Overdelivery is when a supplier delivers more than the quantity ordered, often a small extra added on purpose to offset early drops, without charging you for the surplus.

Partial

Partial is the final order status that means the supplier stopped before delivering the full quantity, with the undelivered part returned to your panel balance.

Pending

Pending is the order status that means the panel has accepted your order and taken the charge from your balance, but delivery has not started yet.

Provider

Provider is the party a panel sends an order to for delivery, which may be a supplier producing the engagement itself or another panel forwarding the order further up the chain.

Quality tier

Quality tier is the grade a panel assigns to a service within its catalogue, such as LQ, mixed, HQ or real, used to sort similar services by price and expected account type.

Quantity

Quantity is the number of followers, likes, views or other units you order, which must fall between the service's minimum and maximum and sets what you are charged.

Rate per 1000

Rate per 1000 is the price a panel lists for a service, stated as the cost of 1,000 units of the action, whether followers, likes, views or comments.

Real

Real is a seller's label for services said to be delivered by genuine accounts operated by people, and it describes the catalogue listing rather than anything verified about the accounts in your order.

Refill

Refill is delivery a panel repeats, at no extra charge, to restore a count that dropped after an order completed, within the window and conditions the service terms set.

Refund

Refund is money returned for an order that was cancelled or only partly delivered, normally credited to your panel balance rather than to your original payment method.

Reseller

Reseller is a panel that sells SMM services it does not produce, buying each order from another panel through that panel's API and charging its own customers its own rate.

Retention

Retention is how much of a delivered count remains after time has passed, and on view services it also describes how long each delivered view keeps watching the video.

Server number

Server number is a label panels attach to service names, such as Server 1 or Server 2, to tell apart versions of the same service that often come from different providers.

Service ID

Service ID is the number a panel assigns to each service in its catalogue, used on the order form and in the API to say exactly which service an order is for.

Speed

Speed is how fast an order delivers once delivery has started, usually stated in the service description as an amount per day or per hour.

Start count

Start count is the follower or view number recorded at the moment an order begins delivering, not the number when you placed it.

Start time

Start time is how long an order waits between being placed and delivery actually beginning, usually shown in the service description as an expected range.

Subscription services

Subscription services are panel services that watch a profile and deliver likes or views to each new post automatically, for a set number of posts or a set period.

Supplier

Supplier is whoever actually produces the engagement behind a service, using its own accounts, devices or software, as opposed to the panels that only resell and forward orders.

Warranty

Warranty is a term some panels use for a refill period attached to a service, and it commits the panel only to the window, trigger and scope written in the service terms.

Watch hours

Watch hours are the total time viewers spend watching a YouTube channel's public videos, a monetisation metric counted in hours of playback rather than in number of views.
