Partial

Partial is the final order status that means the supplier stopped before delivering the full quantity, with the undelivered part returned to your panel balance.

When an order goes partial, the panel works out the refund from the remains figure the supplier reports. If you ordered 1,000 and the supplier reports 400 remaining, you are charged for 600 and the cost of 400 goes back to your balance at the rate you paid. The refund follows the supplier's number, not a count of your profile.

That creates two problems for the buyer. If your account gained followers organically during delivery, or another order on the same link overlapped, you cannot show from the profile alone that fewer than 600 arrived. And if the supplier reports a smaller remains figure than the real shortfall, the refund is smaller too. Note your own count before ordering and again when the status changes, so a disagreement comes down to numbers rather than impressions.

Suppliers mark orders partial for reasons such as running out of accounts that have not already engaged with that profile, a platform change that stopped the service working, or the link going private mid-delivery. Whether the delivered part is covered by refill depends on the service terms: some panels treat a partial order as eligible, others do not.

What it does not mean

Partial is not a stage the order passes through on its way to completed. The order is closed, and nothing further will be delivered on it. To get the rest, you place a new order, which will have its own start count.
