Start count

Start count is the follower or view number recorded at the moment an order begins delivering, not the number when you placed it.

The distinction matters because refill claims are measured against it. If you order 1,000 followers on an account sitting at 5,000, and the account drifts to 4,950 before delivery starts, the start count is 4,950. A panel checking a refill request later compares the current count against that figure plus the quantity delivered, not against anything you saw on the order form.

Two things follow. A drop that happens between ordering and delivery is invisible to the refill check, because it happened before the clock started. And an account that gains followers organically during delivery can make a partial delivery look complete, because the arithmetic cannot distinguish the two sources.

What it does not mean

Start count is not proof of what the supplier delivered, and it is not always accurate. It is read from the platform by the supplier or the panel at one moment, and if that reading is taken late, the figure can already include part of the delivery. Compare the start count on the order with your own note of the count taken just before ordering.
