Refund

Refund is money returned for an order that was cancelled or only partly delivered, normally credited to your panel balance rather than to your original payment method.

Order refunds on a panel are mostly automatic and tied to status. When an order changes to cancelled, the full charge returns to your balance. When it changes to partial, the cost of the undelivered remains returns at the rate you paid. No status change, no refund: an order stuck in pending or in progress keeps your money until someone upstream closes it, which is why a stalled order needs a ticket rather than waiting.

A balance refund can only be spent on the same panel. Getting money back to a card or wallet is a different request, and panel terms often restrict or refuse it, sometimes limiting it to balance that was never spent. Read that clause before depositing more than you plan to use. Panel terms can also treat a payment dispute raised with your bank or card issuer as grounds to suspend the account, which can freeze whatever balance remains.

Drops after completion are generally not a refund case. They fall under refill, if the service offers it. A buyer who asks for a refund on a completed order that later dropped is usually told to request a refill instead, and on a service with no refill, gets nothing.

What it does not mean

A refund is not compensation for poor quality or for results you did not get. It returns the charge for engagement the supplier reports it did not deliver. If the supplier reports full delivery, the order is completed and the refund mechanism does not apply, whatever your profile shows.
